Refund Policy

Returns

Exchanges can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase at any Instruments Garage branch.

It is mandatory to present your original invoice for the process.

All products should be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.

Your item will be inspected by our staff to make sure the refund policy applies.

As per store policy, we do not provide cash refunds. We compensate with store credit note for the monetary amount of the product. Exchange with any other store item for the value of the product is also possible.

Delivery

The above mentioned also applies to delivered products. We recommend that you review the delivered products thoroughly prior to signing on the delivery receipt note.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and send your item to: Instruments Garage SARL, RML bldg., G.F, Charles Malek Avenue, Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon. In-store exchange also applies.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Instruments Garage SARL, RML bldg., G.F, Charles Malek Avenue, Achrafieh, Beirut, Lebanon.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Defective Or Malfunctioning Product

Returns can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase at any Instruments Garage branch, provided that our authorized personnel have checked and confirmed the ability to return the purchased items.

It is mandatory to have your original invoice present.

All products should be in their original packaging, sealed and unused.

Late Returns

Defective products that have exceeded the 7 days return period will be sent to the service center.
Manufacturer warranty conditions apply.

Excluded Items

No return or exchange is allowed on discontinued or liquidated items unless the items were found defected and within the 7 days return period, otherwise, manufacturer warranty conditions will apply.
